The 17th<\/sup> Annual Workshop of the Households in Conflict Network (HiCN<\/a>) on \u201cConflict, Migration, and Displacement\u201d will be held online on October 11-12, 2021. The event is hosted by the University of Goettingen with Mathias Thoenig<\/a> (University of Lausanne) as the keynote speaker and an open plenary on \u201cMigration and Security Policy\u201d, which is jointly organized by the HiCN, the Centre for Global Migration Studies (CeMig)<\/a>, and the German Development Institute\/Deutsches Institut f\u00fcr Entwicklungspolitik (DIE)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organizers are inviting submissions of (preferably) full papers or extended abstracts by May 31, 2021 (23:59 CET).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
