The Institute of Environmental Economics and World Trade (IHE) at Leibniz University Hannover is seeking a PhD student in Health Economics or Development Economics at a 75% activity rate (salary scale 13 TV-L). The successful candidate will contribute to research projects addressing key issues in economic development and participate in teaching activities. A Master’s degree in Economics or related fields, strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Stata, R, and Python), and an interest in development economics are required. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is a plus.
